Terms and Conditions of Sale - Cycling House Portugal
1. Booking and confirmation
1.1. Every reservation is subject to availability and must be confirmed by Cycling House Portugal.
1.2. Payment of a deposit of 50% will be required to secure the reservation.
2. Cancellation and refund
2.1. In case of cancellation by the client, the following conditions will apply :
Cancellation more than 14 days before the start of the stay: full refund of the deposit.
Cancellation less than 14 days before the start of the stay: no refund of the deposit.
2.2. Cycling House Portugal reserves the right to cancel a stay due to unforeseen reasons. In the event of our cancellation, a full refund will be issued.
3. Responsibilities and Insurance
3.1. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their health allows them to participate in the proposed cycling activities.
3.2. Cycling House Portugal is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or any other harm suffered by participants during cycling outings or the stay.
3.3. It is highly recommended that each participant takes out liability insurance and travel insurance covering cycling activities.
4. Accommodation Damage
4.1. Participants are responsible for any material damage caused to the accommodation. Charges will be applied for intentional or negligent damage.
5. Dietary Issues
5.1. Participants are requested to notify in advance of any specific dietary requirements or allergies. Cycling House Portugal cannot be held responsible for unreported dietary issues.
6. Program Changes
6.1. Cycling House Portugal reserves the right to modify itineraries and programs due to adverse weather conditions, logistical constraints, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
7. Image Rights
7.1. Cycling House Portugal reserves the right to use images taken during activities for promotional purposes unless participants indicate otherwise.
8. Applicable Legislation
8.1. These General Terms of Sale are governed by Portuguese and European legislation. Any dispute relating to these terms will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
